Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles have been integral to Ascent’s investment philosophy since our inception. We are committed to responsible investing practices and incorporate them into our investment process, and everything we do.

In particular, we have a gender-inclusive policy, against which any proposed investments will be screened.

Ascent CSR Fund

We believe that it is imperative to do good while doing well. As part of our contributions as a corporate citizen of Myanmar and Singapore, we have set up a Ascent CSR Fund, focusing on the following two areas:

  1. Support the four UN Sustainable Development Goals identified in our responsible investment philosophy.
  2. Promote Myanmar-Singapore friendship.
